The Zenobia Shipwreck in the Larnaca district, Cyprus is one of the most emblematic shipwrecks in the Mediterranean sea.
MS Zenobia was a Swedish ferry launched in 1979 that capsized and sank on June 1980 on her maiden voyage. She now rests on her port side in approximately 42 meters (138 ft) of water and was named by The Times, and many others, as one of the top ten wreck diving sites in the world. Yes! You can actually dive here and experience this (is visited by about 1000.000 thousand divers per year). That's why it's on my bucket list. And it actually has a variety of sea life inside, with packs of fish, including groupers, mackerels, royal mackerels, moray eels, stingrays, turtles and octopuses, and the cargo of the ship is intact too! The perfect combination of man and sea life.
